INPRO was established in 2014 in Rzeszow. It was funded by a group of international friends whose paths crossed during the implementation of shared initiatives. After being involved in activities in the third sector as well as being experienced as volunteers, coordinators of projects and managers of an organization, they finally decided to found their own association. The mission of the organization is to make people believe that international initiatives bring added value and progress to the development of a community. INPRO initiatives are generally dedicated to the personal development and education of young people from Podkarpackie province, as well as educators, teachers, activists, other NGOs representatives. The organization also provides activities for migrants living in the city as well as organizes open events for the local community in Rzeszów in general. At present, INPRO employs 3 full-time and 3 part-time employees. as well as it widely cooperates with a network of trainers and facilitators involved in ongoing projects. Also, it regularly hosts short-term and long-term volunteers within the European Solidarity Corps program. The organization runs its activities in its own facility located on the first floor of the west wing of the main train station in Rzeszow. The organization owns a multifunctional space of 350 m2 with a training room, 5 offices and the hostel. The hostel has 7 rooms for a maximum of 20 guests in total.
