Association "International Center for the Development of Education and Training" (ICDET) is one of the most popular, powerful and active youth organizations in Bulgaria. It promotes European values ​​through local projects and participates in projects abroad. All of our members and collaborators have significant experience in project work and organization, thus allowing the creation of a perfectly balanced team. Our goal is to inspire and help young people for positive, social and economic change and dedicate our time to ensure the effective implementation of all these ideas. We are consistent in our organizational values: promoting non-formal education and training for young people through intercultural learning and activities; promoting youth exchanges and volunteering at national, European and international level; promoting awareness of European citizenship and identity.
Our main goals are to inform young people about their abilities and to improve their skills and knowledge to be well-prepared for the labor market. We have been working with the mobility programs since 2013. With more than four years experience and more than 500 participants, hostings and sendings, we are one of the largest hosting organizations for European projects in Bulgaria. We are located in Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria. In our country we can organize mobility in Sofia, Plovdiv, Velingrad, Bansko, Borovets, Burgas, Varna, sea resorts such as Sunny Beach, Ravda, Nessebar and others. We work together with experienced companies, schools, universities, centers, public organizations and employment offices all over Europe who are available to organize with us mobilities chosen by our participants. We have an open door for new and original projects and / or mobiles from our side. It is an opportunity for all participants to realize their ideas and dreams and feel that they have great support in this regard. Mobility is explored in an innovative way- we strive for a serious (but fun) way of engaging participants with the inherent principles of the Erasmus+ program. The objectives of ICDET are to promote personal development and citizenship, volunteering and youth mobilities; promoting sport and a healthy lifestyle; supporting the development of the abilities and potential of young people from different social backgrounds and ethnic groups and young people with disabilities - these goals are realized through our educational, recreational and cultural activities.
