We organize the most of the cultural and free-time activities in our village of 1300 inhabitanst. The activities are for example: Tee-afternoon, Tótvázsony days, wine harvest party, summer school, national holidays, concerts, cultural program, programs in the youth club and the operation of the Tótvázsony TV for our inhabitants.
Another part of our work is to take professional photos of products. These products have been produced by the inhabitants of our village and the villages around. The professional photos helps them to sell their products easier. Furthermore we create posters of upcoming events and traditional rites. But we are not only creating posters and broadsheets for our own use. Also for other organizations in our neighborhood. All the equipments of our association stay at the volunteers disposal e.g. camera, motion-picture camera, public-adress system, computers and software. We teach the volunteers how to use these devices. We provide them with internet facilities in our office and also with special acess on the weekends. We also provide them with bicycles to cover the distances within and beetween the villages. There is also a possibility to drive by bus to other villages, to Veszprem oder Balatonfüred. If the volunteers interested, they would can learn how to make movies, how to cut them, how to prepare an interview, teletext news editing, libary tasks or service house operations. A volunteer also has the chance to learn more about program organizations and about using internet communication.
In addittion, the volunteers can organize individuall programm, which we support financially. Antoher possibility for the volunteers is to collect experience in the part of our children and handcraft programs. If necessary, the volunteers will can participate on trainigs or language lessons. Additional training in photography, making films and handcraft is also offered. The volunterrs plays an essential role in our association. He/She helps every day in our office, the operation of the libary, service house and takes part in the backround preparation works of our team.
