Everything Possible CIC is a Leeds based organisation with the capacity to operate nationally, we have been active in the fields of international youth mobility and social inclusion for more than 15 years. Our focus is on supporting individuals with fewer opportunities that most likely will not have completed their formal education and have complex support needs, such as having current or historic drug or alcohol addictions, possibly displaying mental ill health or have other health related issues. Many of our target group come from displaced or broken down family situations and a high proportion have experienced homelessness (including hidden homelessness such as sleeping on friends floors or sofa surfing). We engage with young people support services, such us temporary hostels, alternative education centers, youth centres, sports centres, vocational educational training providers, ... in order to complement the support given by these organisations, Everything is Possible develops and delivers life changing learning and development opportunities for the young people. The opportunities we provide and organise include volunteering in the UK and abroad, engaging in an internship, participate in international training courses or youth seminars, etc. Doing so, we are able to reach our target group, creating opportunities to better prepare these individuals to be fully active in society, to up-skill and become job ready.
Thus, Everything Possible CIC organisational objectives are to:
1) Offer international vocational training & volunteering opportunities to individuals who are experiencing disadvantage, have fewer opportunities or come from minority ethnic groups.
2) Develop non-formal education programmes to include individuals with fewer opportunities around citizenship, key skills and social education.
3) Deliver linguistic, sports & culture programmes
4) Develop & deliver training courses for professionals working within social inclusion & international mobility fields.

In our experience EVS projects change people’s lives, often giving the individuals involved their first sense of true independence, as well as providing them with new skills and coping strategies for problems they may encounter in life. As well as up-skilling young people EVS volunteers can have a huge positive impact on the work that an organisation does while at the same time promoting intercultural communication and quashing stereotypes. This is due to the interaction of the volunteers with their local community whilst on their project. All of these factors make EVS an extremely positive programme that offers genuinely incredible opportunities to young people who would not normally have had the confidence, skills or belief in themselves to achieve in the way that EVS lets them.
