The association is an outcome of the project Employability and Private Incubating Centres. As such it aims:
• To contribute to the development of innovation and the entrepreneurship system in North Macedonia and beyond.
• To support Professional Development and training with a special focus on Information Technology
• To support active citizenship through voluntary work in the country and to promote the participation of citizens in various social activities
• To support various exchanges for professional training and participation in international networks.

It offers different incubating services for the startups and is engaged in supporting the entrepreneurial.
Incubation Services for the startups:

Business Development Support to startups in developing their business plans, identifying target markets, and building partnerships with other businesses. This also includes access to business development experts, networking opportunities, and mentorship programs.

Our organization has established close cooperation with several local NGOs, including the Struga Wolves Rugby Club. We believe that collaboration with local organizations is essential for achieving our goals and ensuring the sustainability of our activities. We work closely with the Struga Wolves Rugby Club to promote sports and physical activity as a means to foster social inclusion, promote healthy lifestyles, and strengthen the sense of community among young people.
