A szervezet leírása

F.Compartir was founded in 1997. Its main goal is to help people to achieve their maximum personal development.
Among the members are teachers of the University, doctors, managers ... All of them have a very clear understanding of the importance of the education and a good personal development as principal skills for a better future, especially for the young people and not only in technical topics but in personal daily values and behavior. Since it was founded it has been working trying to involve young people as volunteers in the needs of community. F. Compartir is working in educational activities specially with children and young people but also with adults, trying to learn with them how to be good citizens.
During the summer it organizes camps, using different languages for games and activities, so that the participants can learn to communicate in other languages, at the same time than enjoying their time. F. Compartir follows informal and non formal methodology , trying that most of the activities would have some educational purpose, which will be useful for the participants´ personal development. During winter there is a Club of Leisure time, where are organized activities that can help young people, starting from 13 years old, to spend their free time in a healthy and distractive way, as an alternative for the isolation in the computer and to learn about a healthy way of living. The young people is encouraged to participate in European Projects as a very important way to open their minds discovering other cultures, to meet friends and share common values. F.Compartir has been involved in helping the community since it was founded. Every year, until 2003, it was send from Spain a truck of 20 tons with humanitarian help: food, clothes, school supplies and furniture, computers etc...A big part of this went to supply the needs of the Center "Casa Vitoria", where came young people coming out from the orphanages. Another part was distributed among poor families in the City of Pitesti, through the City Hall and churches and since 1998 also distributed in the area of Draganu. F.C. awarded scholarships for students from Pitesti and Draganu, trying to encourage them as much as possible to continue their studies and specially were encouraged the young people from the orphanages. Most of them finished the High School, training courses and University. With only one exception, it was possible that any of the approximately 100 youngsters participants in the project, remain in the street. Today we know that most of them have a normalized life, fulfilling the main goal of the first project "Future with Hope", "of being integrated in the social and laboral life.

Sajátos igények kategóriái

Ez a szervezet tudja fogadni olyan önkéntesek jelentkezését, akik élethelyzetükből adódóan nehezebben tudnak részt venni a projekttevékenységekben. Az alábbiakban áttekinthető, hogy a különböző projekttípusoknál mely kategóriákba tartozó önkéntesek részvételét teszi lehetővé a szervezet:
