Primary School No. 1 in Konin is a large educational center (the number of 700). The school has been cooperating with multifocal institutions for many years:
• The school cooperates with the public library: it organizes competitions for children, meetings with writers, participates with children in activities organized for them. The school cooperates Municipal Center for Family Assistance; Pedagogical-Psychological counseling center; Police, Fire Brigade and Municipal Guards - on the safety of students at school, at home, in their free time; educational and cultural institutions: KDK and OSKARD - (Film Academy - EYE STUDIES, Film Education - NEW HORIZONS); MOSiR (competitions, sports tournaments, participation in Miles Pole Race); local Parishes, SANEPiD.
Primary School No. 1 in Konin implements various types of projects and educational program for students and youth:
• Currently, in the senior classes, it is implemented from the ESF Project "Mine of competence - development of junior high school education in K OSI"
• The school is the third year implementing the EVS project "Erasmus +".
• In addition, students of the French language learn in the older classes as part of the educational project "French without borders - francophone countries"
• Young Developer - in one of the V classes.
Innovation is an increase in the level of education in computer science, and in particular in algorithms and programming. Innovation is a form of support for the ministerial project Pilot implementation of programming teaching for formal education based on pedagogical innovations in schools.
• The school meets the requirements and tasks of the school network, has the title of the School Promoting Health
• Our school teacher takes part in the Sixth Competence program
• The school has the title of CHAMPIONS FOR CHODING, SAMSUNG, three teachers are prepared and implements the coding learning program also during extracurricular activities.
• Two teachers have prepared and implements a program with V grade students, SUPERKODERZY, whose aim is to learn programming in a primary school in theory and practice.
• The school implements the project Cyfrowobezpieczni.pl - Safe Digital School, whose basic element of digital security in schools is the knowledge and awareness of students, but also teachers and parents about possible risks and risks associated with the use of the Internet and modern digital tools
• The WIELKOPOLSK @ 2020 Digital School - the Warta Basin Digital River Map project is implemented for students from the 4th and 6th grades.The main objective of the project is to raise the ICT competence of 4,440 teachers and 11,680 students from 600 schools in Wielkopolska general education at primary and secondary level.
• Schools to help students develop interest in the following academic and curricular interests: mathematics, language, theater, tourism and others. The school has received the following certifications: "School of Abuse," "School with Class", "Schools for Helping", Certificate of Polish Society, Reflection, CertificateCharitative "School from Prawamidziecka" and many others.
All the students are able to develop their skills, and students who require specialist help, school include post-invalidity, corrective and compensatory classes, and therapies, and rehabilitation classes.
The role of the school, in addition to its didactic function, is to ensure the comprehensive development of each student and to support the educational function of the family. Education is understood as supporting students in development towards full maturity in the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and social spheres. The upbringing process is strengthened and supplemented by activities in the field of prevention of children and adolescents.
Education and upbringing serves to develop in children an attitude of responsibility, tolerance, honesty, credibility, perseverance, justice, creativity, entrepreneurship, truth and respect for other people and respect for the tradition and culture of their own people. The upbringing and pro-educational activities are aimed at making our school a friendly and safe place. The implementation of educational and preventive measures included in this program are all pedagogic employees of the school. They cooperate on an ongoing basis with the parents of pupils and representatives of institutions supporting the school in the area of ​​education and prevention.
