Since 1996, the ASOCIACIÓN PROFESSIONAL Y FAMILIAR INTEGRACIÓN DISCAPACITADOS PSÍQUICOS ALBA, (hereinafter the Asociación ALBA) has been developing activities all aimed at achieving its statutory purposes, mainly the Constitution in January 1997 of the Occupational Centre VICENTE PÉREZ . On April 1, 1998, the Occupational Centre opened its doors welcoming 43 adults with Intellectual Functional Diversity, under the supervision of its professional staff.
The Occupational Centre VICENTE PÉREZ (hereinafter the C.O. VICENTE PÉREZ) is a Service belonging to the Asociación ALBA and is located in the same location.

The C.O. VICENTE PÉREZ is a Specialised Service, arranged by the Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies since 2018, aimed at providing adult people with Intellectual Functional Diversity, therapeutic occupation for their personal adjustment , professional techniques for their work integration and activities aimed at achieving their social integration.

The C.O. VICENTE PÉREZ is a service and establishment of specialised social services, non-profit, open to the needs of the field of action, whose purpose is the personal, professional-labour and social empowerment of people with Intellectual Functional Diversity, therapeutic occupation for their personal adjustment, professional techniques for their labour integration and activities aimed at achieving their full social inclusion.
All of this is carried out through comprehensive day care, by carrying out work, personal and social activities for the development of their autonomy, social training and work empowerment, depending on the characteristics and needs that each one of them present.

The C.O. Vicente PÉREZ provides occupational therapy and personal and social adjustment services, the purposes of which are:
+ Ensure occupational therapy and personal and social adjustment services to people with Intellectual Functional Diversity.
+ Provide occupational training and professional rehabilitation services, providing the technical aids necessary to achieve labour and social integration of the person with Intellectual Functional Diversity.
+ Advice and information to relatives.
+ Preparation of monitors to carry out employment programs with people with Intellectual Functional Diversity.
