A szervezet leírása

Kristiine Tegevuskeskus (Kristiine Activity Centre) is an institution administered by the district of Kristiine in Tallinn city. Kristiine Tegevuskeskus provides its residents with different services like social services, health promotion, youth and culture services. We have clients of all ages and in all phases of life. Kristiine Tegevuskeskus is divided into four structural units, where each unit deals with a different target group: Elderly Day Centre, Children Day Centre, Home Care Services and Youth Centre.
Kristiine Youth centre is a daily drop-in centre that has a wide range of youth work services. It is open to young people in the age range 7-26 years and is designed to provide a safe, informal and supervised environment. Youth centre accommodates unstructured social interactions and offers structured activities like workshops, clubs and events. Young people can visit the centre and play board games, ping pong, pool, PlayStation or computer. They have the opportunity to take part in cultural activities or school holiday programmes.
Kristiine Youth Centre offers creative, physical, and intellectual after-school activities. Our youth workers promote positive values and offer help with homework and provide information and support.
Kristiine Youth Centre promotes non-formal learning and opportunities to develop youth creativity and self-initiative by applying the open youth work method. Some non-formal and informal programs and activities will be in cooperation with schools or other organisations.
