In the year 2000 Cortijo Los Baños was reborn to bring back to life a place full of history, and step by step, it became Environmental Education Centre and Farm School in the province of Almeria, and a venue for meetings and workshops of hundreds of people throughout the year, in the field of personal development at the state level. Since 2011 they have been living in synergy between private enterprise and the Al Hamam Association; and since 2016, the association is
accredited for projects European volunteers.

The aims of the association are:
a) Development and personal growth, through yoga, meditation and techniques that promote physical, mental and emotional well-being.
b) To promote cultural biodiversity, art and social development.
c) To help rural and environmental development with awareness and sustainability.
d) To promote voluntary work and cooperation at European and international level.
e) To experience sustainable life learning in the different dimensions of the human being, through the design of a permanent culture in time.
f) Recovery of traditions and giving value to natural resources.
g)Educating and raising awareness through art, creativity and in relation to nature as fundamental elements in the development in freedom.
h) To share activities and experiences of fathers, mothers and children through natural upbringing and alternative education.

Currently, three programmes are being developed:
1. Aruna Programme, to disseminate techniques for the evolution of awareness and personal development. We organize retreats and workshops.
2. Seeds of Life Programme, to support natural parenting and alternative education. We have a school project for children, and open days and after-school activities are organised for children and families.
3. Tribe of the Sun Programme, focused on sustainability and conscious coexistence, to explore tools for growth personal in a group and ways to harmoniously integrate the social, and environmental elements in this place. Environmental volunteer activities and training are organised, specially for young people. Within this program are volunteer projects such as "Earth and Life", or "Change with Resiliance".
