A szervezet leírása

Apice association was born in February 2005. Nowadays its range mainly covers northern Italy. Since its foundation, its mission consists in raising awareness on European issues. By doing so, Apice fosters a continuous action of information on the ongoing cultural debate within EU. Our association actively takes part and organizes public speeches, it runs a blog and an up-to-date newsletter on European issues and constantly engages with local media.
Apice propels educational, training and pedagogic actions aimed at spreading good and participative citizenship. Our team is composed by young professionals and volunteers. Our activities address the whole population, with a special attention to youth involvement. To this end, regular activities take place within schools and the main targets are: pupils in pre-primary, primary and secondary education, and school leaders and teachers. Apice has been promoting a wide range of events over the years in order to facilitate interaction between young people and European institutions. Recently the CIVES project, carried out by Apice in cooperation with Europe Direct Turin, has been specifically devoted to familiarize young students in Cuneo region (Piedmont) with values of solidarity in EU.
