FUNDACIÓN TUDELA COMPARTE (FTC) is an entity with its own legal personality, independent, non-denominational, non-profit, of public utility and general interest that aims to work in the defense of social inclusion and equality. Incorporated in 2015, it has its registered office at 31500-Tudela, calle San Francisco Javier, nº2, and its Tax Identification Code (CIF) is G71252795. It is registered in the Registry of Foundations of Navarra with number 337 and in the Municipal Registry of Associations with number 238. It is managed by a Board of Trustees currently made up of 20 people who do not receive any remuneration.

The FTC's mission is to help people and families who, living in Tudela or La Ribera, are in a situation of severe poverty or social exclusion, with the double objective that, on the one hand, they can have a healthy basic diet and that, on the other hand, they manage to advance in a process of personal recovery and social inclusion through accompaniment, training and access to employment. To achieve both objectives, programs and services are developed that are considered adequate at all times.

During these years, the FTC has promoted the VILLA JAVIER project (name of the facilities where it carries out its activities). Under that brand, various programs and services have been included that are periodically updated and renewed:
WELCOME: We serve applicants who ask us for help to find out about their situation and advise them on the resources and aid, public and private, that are available to them. Then the type of help we can give you is decided, be it food, advice, training, referral, etc.
DINING ROOM: We have a dining room open 365 days a year, attended by an employee and several volunteers. In total we feed 20-25 people every day (lunch, dinner and breakfast kit), but throughout the year they represent several hundred different people.
CAPACICO: We also have a food store, which we call "El Capacico", where we offer weekly free of charge to 50-60 families a varied basket of food (that they can choose) to take away and cook at home, also attended by two employees and several volunteers.
SEMILLERO: Users are encouraged to attend the various training services that we offer, both some of the scheduled courses and workshops and complementary services (toy library, hairdresser, leisure and conviviality, etc.).
ACCOMPANIMENT: The evolution of each person or family is monitored and accompanied, evaluating the degree of progress in their social inclusion process through a score of indicators on the various achievements they are achieving, guiding them on the personal and social itinerary that could best benefit them.

In addition to these assistance-type programs, the FTC created in 2020 an instrumental company, called MEJANA GOURMET SL (MG), to create and offer inclusive employment to some of the people served at VILLA JAVIER, preferably women. MG's mission is to develop an economic enterprise of an environmental type, connecting it with the identity and tradition of the people / companies of the Ribera de Navarra in the agri-food sector. With a focus on circular and green economy, MG tries to recover surplus resources at the local level (promoting a kitchen of use with leftover food from companies and individuals, cultivating disused orchards in organic La Mejana) to produce and sell innovative food of high nutritional and organoleptic quality with local seasonal products. MG's first customer is the Villa Javier Comedor itself, which is provided with quality homemade food.
