Opis organizacije

Dum deti a mladeze Horazdovice is an educational center for children especially for leisure time activities and summercamps. We offer more than 20 different leisure time classes going from sport, music, art to nature protection. We work with children from nursery to secondary school and we organize also activities for adults. Our organisation has 2 more parts: Envicentrum PROUD and Educational farm. As one of the main activities PROUD offers environmental educational programmes for preschool, primary and secondary education and also long term (three to five-day) courses mainly for secondary school students, especially cross-border cooperation with schools from Germany. Educational farm used to be a garden owned by local aristocracy. Nowadays you can find here sheeps, goats, horses, cows, chickens, rabbits and other animals and indoor breeding with more than 40 animals in terrariums. Many environmental educational programmes take place here.
