Organizācijas apraksts:

Samsen kulturhus is a culturehouse for youth within the age group 15-25 years. Samsen kulturhus main objective is to facilitate cultural activities and participation among the target group. the culturehouse has a number of cultural offers for young people, with emphasis on the categories: young dancers, young moviemakers, young artists, young musicians and young organizers. We offers the target group a number of workshops and courses in each category, and we also arrange concerts, open mic, dancebattles, study tours to Hollywood.
In addition to the mentioned offers, we facilitate for young people, that are outside school or work, where they can participate at Gateakademiet. At Gateakademiet they will be educated in arts, music and photo five days a week, and where the goal is to bring the participants back in to school or work.
Samsen kulturhus also has more than 80 volunteers and non-profit organizations that make use of the house. Beside the mentioned akticitites and offers, Samsen kulturhus has a café and a three floor climbing facility.

The building has a floor area of 6,000 square meters, the size of 120 medium-sized apartments. In 2012, Samsen had approximately 75,000 visitors. In 2016 Samsen had 109 000 visitors.
