A szervezet leírása

The Unione Sportiva ACLI - Comitato Provinciale Ascoli Piceno was founded in 1963 in Ascoli Piceno as an association of sport promotion. The US ACLI - Comitato Provinciale di Ascoli Piceno is a provincial committee of the national Unione Sportiva ACLI, which is promoted, in fact, by ACLI (Associazione Cristiana Lavoratori Italiani) to encourage, support and organize physical activities, games and sports addressed to people of all ages and conditions, with particular attention to those who are most exposed to risks of physical and social marginalization. The US ACLI is a promoter of sport for all through functional initiatives to improve the quality of people’s life, society and civil life. In general, privileged attention has always been paid to children and young people, not only because sport is one of the most "easy" activities of recreation, aggregation and commitment, but above all because the sport practice plays a fundamental educational role.
The provincial committee of Ascoli Piceno has 12 active members and it counts other 7000 registered members in the area.
In our committee, our main target groups are youngsters and old people and we organise activities and projects aimed at giving people the opportunity to practice sport and at educating them through sport, especially after the earthquake that hit central Italy from August 2016 and January 2017.
