Osmaniye Korkut Ata (OKA) University was established in 2007 as a state university. The aim of OKA University is to develop individuals who are capable of using universal knowledge in a good way; To have individuals who are knowledgeable and experienced in their field and who can work as a member of the team. The buildings and facilities at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University are located in Kadirli, Bahçe, Düziçi and Erzin districts, along with the Karacaoğlan central campus in Fakıuşağı Village. Kadirli Merkez Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Architecture, Design and Fine Arts, Faculty of Theology, Faculty of Medicine, School of Foreign Languages and Osmaniye Vocational School districts Bahçe, Düziçi and Erzin Vocational Schools are located within the university. In addition, the School of Applied Sciences is located in the district of Kadirli. Total education period is 8 semesters (4 academic years) in faculties. Training Programs are at international standards. The academic year is organized in two 14-week terms. The basic principle of the teaching method is to provide students with an in-depth foundation in theory related to their field of study. It is then applied in Engineering Departments where laboratory experiments are conducted both to test this theoretical knowledge and to search for new applications. The language of instruction and exam language is English. Grades are awarded in accordance with ECTS (European Credit Transfer System).

OKA University is one of the new universities; However, University faculty members are graduates from the best universities and experienced in their fields. OKA University is one of the successful universities with its faculties ranging from education to communication, fine arts to engineering, sports to forestry, medicine to pharmacy, dentistry to science and arts, economics to technology.

OKA University Project Coordination Application and Research Center provides coordination and consultancy services on an international platform by coordinating with the academic and administrative units of the university.

The main purpose of the center is as follows;
• To encourage EU Erasmus + Higher Education and Youth Programs at the university, to organize information conferences about these programs, to organize necessary organizations, to inform administrative and academic units and students.
• To create a database on the international relations of the university
• To receive delegations from foreign countries.
• Representing the university's national and international meetings, congresses and educational symposiums.
• Participating in external activities carried out by the general secretariat
• International relations of the Rectorate and European university unions and so on. To follow some international institutions such as.
• To provide coordination and information about the Horizon2020 Program carried out by the EU in order to support scientific research.
