Europejska Fundacja Rozwoju Człowieka (EuroFRC) is a non-profit Organization based in Łódź, Poland. We provide European and global opportunities for the personal development of individuals based on education and culture. Our principle is anchored on the motto “humans helping humans”. Since 4 years, our Foundation aims at boosting the competences of young individuals at local, regional and European level.

We are a group of youth workers and professionals designing European mobility opportunities and educational chances, we share expertise and offer inputs to society (especially to young people), and we transfer and spread the acquired knowledge periodically and regularly through different activities. We aim at carving into society with non-formal education approaches and adopting experiential techniques: innovative educational methods and tailoring ad hoc activities, tools for learning, workshops and sessions oriented to personal and professional development, training courses and youth exchanges, initiatives and campaigning, local and European collaborations, webinars and digital solutions for learning, and much more.

• Digitalisation

Our impact is known to be effective from local to international level. We tailor and manage projects based on different European funds on regular basis, providing concrete impact and disseminating our results through events and youth meetings.
We daily put our trust in education as we do think that individuals’ needs are based on what they learn during the lapse time of their own lives, and they acquire knowledge according to their experiences and applied studies.
