HOM Foundation (FHOM) is a nongovernmental organization operating regionally with the objective to promote an integral development of children and young people who are in a situation of real or potential risk of social exclusion. We are located in the city of Granada in the south of Spain.

We work in the fields of social inclusion and Education & training since 1977 through the founding of solid NGO based on children's fundamental right to education and care.

Our objectives are:
 To promote the child and youth growth and development by both non-formal and formal education;
 To educate child and youth in mutual tolerance, respect of cultural diversity, intercultural, gender equality and prevention abuse or other forms of maltreatment.
 To provide child and youth with resources for increasing, strengthening and refining their skills for the actual job market (employability and entrepreneurship);
 To create and follow a mutual cooperation for educational matters with the teachers, the volunteers, and the social workers, linked with our NGO.
HOM Foundation is actively participating and seeking participation in EU-funded programs. It seeks to increasingly promote Spanish participation in EU affairs in the social inclusion and youth areas. FHOM is involved in both promoting European values as the local ones on cultural, educational and economic level through the application and the development of innovative and participatory methodologies and tools.

In this sense, HOM Foundation participates regularly as Spanish partner in Erasmus projects with the aim of increasing the chances of European mobility for students and teachers. In 2014 we take part as a coordinator in a European Voluntary Service project.
