Our school is located in Biržai, it is a state-of-the-art vocational training institution open to change and innovation. It teaches an independent, responsible person who can build personal and national well-being with his or her knowledge and achievements. Students and institutions are evaluated on the basis of progress. The Centre also offers a basic curriculum, there are .1st and 2nd grades of the gymnasium. In the Centre are learning about 350 students and work 35 teachers.
There are 10 professional classes:
Duration of training: 3 years, secondary education and professional qualification:
Decorator (builder), car mechanic, seller, cooker, florist, the secretary, worker in the food (meat, dairy, bread) industry. And 2 classification of works- duration of studies 1-2 years:
Professional qualification acquired, decorator (builder), car mechanic, confectionery, the waiter and the bartender, seller, chef, florist, welder, the secretary, worker in the food (meat, dairy) industry.
Vision - The Centre is a state-of-the-art, open institution for change and innovation in vocational education and training. Here, an independent, responsible person is trained, capable of creating personal and national well-being with his or her knowledge and achievements. The self-esteem-based pursuit of student and institution progress is developing.
Mission - The Centre meets the educational needs of the young people of Biržai and neighbouring districts, wishes of parents and employers, and seeks high quality of vocational training and general education.
Values are respect for one another, openness to innovation and innovation, development and responsibility of community members.

There is a hostel next to the school, where pupils from further afield and orphans are accommodated.
