In the European Solidarity Program; There are many opportunities for young people to get European opportunities, to study in Europe, to see European cultural awareness, to get cultural opportunities, to get master's degree opportunities, to develop foreign languages, to cooperate with European young people, to contribute to their careers and to find better jobs. Our Municipality; energy, environment, climatic conditions, recycling, solid waste, road, transportation, park, garden, culture, tourism, education, urban transformation, youth group, elderly group, group of women, disabled groups, health, sport, social, smart city , gender equality, human rights, institutional capacity building, digitalization, technology, R & D, water and wastewater projects. Our company aims to reach and benefit the society by providing opportunities for the people of the region to reach high living standards while carrying out their activities. We aim to integrate young people into society, cooperation between institutions, cooperation between countries and the development of non-formal education. At the same time, it is our goal to provide the European Opportunities and to gain experience by providing consultancy services to young people in our region. Our target group; all university students in the region, academics, youth groups, career-oriented youth, young people working in public institutions and educators. Our municipality took part in the National and International Children and Young People Education Center Project, which is supported by the President of the Republic. The project was prepared by Elazig Municipality and Elazig Special Provincial Administration. In the project, the dormitory construction will be completed and the opening of the dormitory will be completed. There will be no shortage of accommodation for the young people coming to our province from national and international countries. Silk Road International Children and Youth Studies Center is an international reference point with its creativity in the field of research and education, which enables the creation and dissemination of original ideas that lead to pioneering with an innovative, interdisciplinary education infrastructure that is sensitive to the needs of all our stakeholders, within a libertarian building culture that respects participatory diversity, aims to be. It is planned to educate children and young people in many different occupational fields and to provide services with the aim of creating a quality living standard in order to form innovative ideas and positively affect their future lives. With the project to be opened in 2019, European awareness of young people will be increased. It is obvious that Elazığ is an artistic, cultural, historical and tourism city and can host many activities. The Harput site and citadel have been accepted to the UNESCO provisional list and will be included in the World Heritage List in the coming years. At the European Commission, our project for the development of adult skills (Career Training Test Analysis Center) was prepared and sent. Our Municipality is in an effort to establish contacts with sister cities and international local associations. At the same time, summer camps, sports courses, swimming trainings and children's activities are held in consultation with the National Education Directorates. Our municipality organizes cultural trips for women routinely. Our company is following national and international cooperation activities and we believe that we will achieve achievements such as providing services to citizens and opportunities to young people in professional cooperation in the coming years. In 2017, Young Living Project, 2015 Family Counseling Center project, 2016-2017 Indoor Sports Hall, 2017 Logistics Training Projects were provided to support many disadvantaged young people. As our institution, we carry out many activities for young people. In EBEGEM, which we opened in 2015; (Center for Economic Development) In 2017-2018-2019, English, Arabic, Computer, Calligraphy, Entrepreneurship, Marbling Art, Diction and Fine speech, Computerized Accounting, Computer Management, Handicrafts, Autocad and Job Search skills training was given to 2397 people. 583 people benefited from male 1814 people female young and adult. In the Young Living Center Project we opened on 30.06.2017, young people aged 15-30 were trained. Robot coding and drone trainings are provided in the center. Our institution regularly conducts training services through the Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs, the Human Resources and Training Department and the R & D and Project Department.
