Our team is an NGO of youngsters which aims at promoting active participation of young people with fewer opportunities and to develop different ways to ensure their impact on the local community by using non-formal education and
intercultural learning methods.
We organize cultural events, workshops and local activities to promote the understanding and respect for diversity and cultural cooperation. Our target group is basically young people, but also we give to everyone interested, the opportunity
to express their creativity and to share experiences, ideas and imagination in order to promote social cohesion, volunteering, tolerance, respect and diversity.
Youth Dynamics is composed of about 150 members and numerous supporters, and deals with:
• education activities (education projects based on non- formal education methodology, focused on active citizenship, European conscience, youth employability, racism and xenophobia, human rights principles);
• cultural events (conferences, seminars, art exhibitions);
• intercultural activities (programmes and projects of youth mobility, education on international topics);

Our target group are young people aged 13-30 from several parts of Cyprus. We especially focused on youth from from rural areas. These young people have many geographical obstacles as they live in rural areas and they have fewer opportunities in Education, work, health, public transports, sports and leisure. So with our projects we want to offer to those young people more changes for mobility, employability and active participation in society.
The main objectives of the organization are:
• Implement a number of studies and joint training to assist local authorities on matters of public interest;
• To develop solidarity and promote tolerance among the public
• To encourage public participation and strengthening links between local groups, schools, businesses and municipal authorities.
• To stimulate participation of young people for involvement in activities related to personal and social development activities for social adaptation of marginalized youth communities.
• To carry out active work for sustainable social development and democratic principles to promote civil society.

Our Missions are:
• To provide challenging intercultural learning experiences for young people from rural Cyprus.
• To promote their social and personal development through international volunteer programmes
• To promote intercultural understanding, equality of opportunity, tolerance and peace among young people
As well, we are focusing on:
-To improve quality of life of d youth through professional and volunteer work with promotion healthy ways of life
-To promote informal education, voluntarism, ecology, preventing of unwanted forms of behaviors (delinquency, drug addiction…) developing of healthy ways of living among Youth
-To promote multiculturalism and peace,
-To promote active citizenship, solidarity, tolerance and understanding between cultures

Our group has a wide experience in the youth field and owns permanent and highly qualified facilities for training courses, meetings, apprenticeships, workshops, youth exchanges or initiatives, etc. with different skills: its facilities, together with
the staff’s skills, allow to always meet the stated goals.
Youth Dynamics was established to enable and develop the youth information and youth work. We are aiming to establish new partnerships with individuals and organizations which are working in this field, take responsibility to be executive and
develop their activities which will be implemented via cultural, sport and art activities.
Youth Dynamics was founded in 2011 as an informal group with the aim to assist the successful personal development, social integration and professional realization of young people who work with, developing their creativity as a model for
active participation in the civil, social and cultural dimensions of society and promoting the European youth and lifelong learning policies.

Youth Dynamics is member of PRISMA European Network and a Collaborating Member of Cyprus Youth Council (CYC), a platform which aims at promoting dialogue and cooperation between youth in Cyprus and also connecting them with youth in Europe and the world.

The Youth Dynamics long-term strategy is to mix the boundaries between creative industries and youth civic participation, implementing on this base educational, cultural and research projects focused on youth cultural participation. Our projects
are built on three major pillars – creativity, sustainability and employability encouraging the youth social and cultural entrepreneurship.
About the ESC projects, the capacity to guide the volunteers and help them to be more aware of the reality and of the political and cultural challenges they might face, will be very important both for mentors of receiving organisations supporting volunteers and for mentors of sending organisation supporting volunteers during their service.
