The Project Development, Support and Project Managers Cooperation Association was established in 2011 and continued its activities under the name of European Youth, Education and Sports Association (AgesDer) with the amendment made in 2014. Agesd-Der has 38 members and almost all of its members have project experience. Almost all of our members have been taken or are been working in project offices in public institutions, schools, universities. The number of international and national projects carried out in institutions is close to two hundred. In our association, we have around 30 volunteers, mostly between the ages of 17-25.

Some of the objectives of our association are as follows;
In order to contribute to the social, cultural and economic development of the region, it is innovative for the benefit of the public, including education, culture, sports, tourism, health, social and economic content for all different needs groups, especially young people, women, children, the disabled, convicts, the poor, students. and by producing alternative projects; turning the large minority outside the social, economic and cultural life into a productive majority, increasing their employability and accelerating their integration into social life.
