ZvoniMir association is a non-profit organisation established in 2002. that works with young people, volunteers, elderly and people in need, victims of violence, individuals seeking psychological help as well as development of civil society. Furthermore, we have a Volunteer center within which we organize volunteer activities always giving our best to promote volunteering on daily basis. Other than that, our organisation offers free legal advice, accompaniment to court and police stations, as well as free psychological help and support. Our mission is to improve the lives of all citizens, especially those who are in a inconvenient position by providing assistance whenever needed.

The objectives of the establishment in accordance with the Statute are:
• Providing:
- psycho-social assistance to psychologically and socially vulnerable individuals and groups
- professional assistance to children and adults with special needs with the necessary consent of the competent authorities
- professional help and care for the elderly and infirm
- all other forms of assistance with the purpose of improving the quality of life and development of society and support for development processes in the local community
• Promotion and protection:
- human rights in the Republic of Croatia, and assistance in the protection of fundamental human and civil rights guaranteed by the Constitution and the law
- consumer rights as fundamental human rights
• Cooperation and exchange with the same or similar domestic and foreign associations and institutions
• Encouraging and developing civil society, connecting and cooperating the economic, governmental and non-governmental sectors in the country, regionally and locally
• Introduction of new models and new ways of solving problems in the field of drug addiction
• work with children and young people
• establishment of institutions in accordance with the regulations and laws of the Republic of Croatia.

The purpose of the Association is to promote and protect basic human rights guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Croatia, through direct work with all people whom are denied these rights in any way. Areas of activity in accordance with the goals of the association are:
- democratic political culture
- economy
- culture and art
- human rights
- international cooperation
- education, science and research
- sustainable development
- social activity
- health protection.

The quality of the association's activities is ensured through the organizational structure: business standards are set through the Rules of Procedure; adoption of multi-annual and operational one-year business plans; annual reports, continuous training of employees. Regarding the software quality system, we perform an internal assessment of the needs of users of projects, workshops and programs, and occasionally include external evaluators. We ensure the financial quality of operations by using the model of the Ministry of Finance on sound financial management and control and by ensuring periodic external audits.
In April 2014, the association registered with the Ministry of Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy as a provider of care services for the elderly in their households and for the provision of half-day stay services also for the elderly. In the provision of social services of this type, the Ministry has set quality standards for services that are adhered to and implemented by the association ZvoniMir. During 2018. We also registered the Counseling Center for Women Victims of Violence and by registering we met the criteria of Ministry of Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy and took over the quality standards of running the Counseling Center.
