Motivation Association supports the social integration of people, primarily children and youth with disadvantaged backgrounds through motivating, improving their skills and abilities as well as through shaping the attitudes of society. We realize educational programs that mainly deal with disadvantage-compensation and talent support; and perform research and consulting services in the field of social inclusion and equity in education.

Our main goal is to support the children and youth to become conscious and active persons both in their personal and social lives. The knowledge of foreign languages strongly supports prosperity in life.
Volunteers could help us realize the following programs to improve the kowlegde and motivation of the children and youth:
- English clubs during which playful and practice-oriented development takes place,
- Cultural afternoons where they can learn about the customand culture of different countries,
- Summer camps with the focus on culture and the English language.

We use the project method to support children in learning about complex issues such as reduction of biodiversity and climate change. Volunteers could help us realize these environmental projects.

In addition to educational progams, the Association organizes comunity building events regularly. Volunteers could also help us organizing and realizing an English Board Game Club where the several international student attending the University of Szeged could meet and become a comunity.
