TUIC aims to encourage undergraduate, graduate and doctorate students who study in different disciplines of social sciences, mainly international relations, to do academic, social and cultural studies, to support the social and personal developments of young people and to make these studies sustainable. TUIC also aims to bring a solution to the young people of today, who will shape the future and will be able to participate in the policies which are already formed and will be formed regarding the world problems and agenda with the principle of civil diplomacy, especially the policy making processes in the cultural, economic and political framework. In the national context, it aims to provide a solution for the civil initiative to address in a broad base by establishing the groundwork for democratic structures with the Anatolian movement approach. By doing so, TUIC emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning and the principle of knowledge transmission within all these processes. In the direction of an approach which prioritizes pluralism and participation, our association, acting with the mission of increasing cooperation and solidarity between young people and peoples in order to contribute to world peace within the framework of human rights and democracy, aims to encourage and support the development of young people in particular by means of providing a basis for democratic structures.

This organisation holds a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. The Quality Label certifies that the organisation is able to run projects in compliance with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps.
