Sakin Okul Eğitim Kültür ve Sanat Derneği; it is a non-profit non-governmental organization established in Eskişehir in March 2015 to prepare and run alternative education, culture and art projects.
To redesign our cities and schools with children and young people from a completely different perspective.
To create collective spaces: to make the street a place of learning,meeting,production,adventure,sports and playgrounds again and to ensure that it is nourished by social groups.
By getting rid of being stuck in the interior space,turning the local space-city and nature into a classroom,making them a tool for learning and alteration.
To transform the ancient knowledge systems of thousands of years into learning systems that feed us instead of ignoring them by learning from nature and each other.
Creating a Nature and Place-Based Education Program, in line with the training program we will create;Developing an instructor training model and course materials.
To transform the composed accumulations into an alternative education model over time.
To ensure that the created alternative education model gains a national and international dimension.
