Kuruluşun tanımı

Established in 2018, Act for Transformation's Caucasus Office is a non-profit committed to positive societal change. Our focus includes civil conflict transformation, peace education, and global learning. We empower marginalized communities, especially youth, refugees, teachers, and disadvantaged individuals.

Our core mission has three pillars:

- Non-formal Education: We create youth programs, emphasizing intercultural understanding and conflict resolution. Partnerships with schools in Germany and the Caucasus establish youth clubs.
- Youth Work and Capacity Building: We offer capacity-building programs, including the 'Fairtogether' methodology, empowering marginalized individuals as democracy multipliers.
- International Cooperation: Engaging in projects, we collaborate with NGOs, training youth workers, organizing exchanges, and supporting local initiatives.

Our inclusive approach targets:

*Youth: Empowering them through education and volunteer opportunities.
*Refugees: Providing training, inclusion initiatives, and psycho-social support.
*Teachers and Students: Equipping educators with global learning and conflict resolution skills.
*Marginalized Groups: Engaging them in decision-making for a more equitable society.

Act for Transformation isn't just an organization; it's a catalyst for positive change. By empowering individuals and fostering collaboration, we aim to cultivate a more peaceful and inclusive future for the Caucasus and beyond.
