Kuruluşun tanımı

The Institute of Work and Career Foundation (FIPIK) was established in 2014, and has implemented projects focusing on the promotion of employment, professional and social activation of young people and those at risk of social exclusion so far.
Areas of special interest to the FIPIK:
- promotion of employment and professional activation of the unemployed and those threatened with dismissal, with particular emphasis on young people;
- activities in the field of science, education, and upbringing;
- dissemination and protection of freedom, human rights and civil liberties, as well as activities supporting the development of democracy;
- activities for European integration and development of contacts and cooperation between societies;
- assistance in acquiring knowledge and qualifications useful to young people in their future professional activity and socio-political activities;
- activities supporting economic development, including the development of entrepreneurship.

Foundation animates the local community to be active, addresses issues related to ecology and care for the natural heritage of region. Activities undertaken to prevent unemployment and promote, emphasize the role of education and self-education in the lives of young people make them more aware, allow them to see real goals, opportunities, change attitudes. The experience of the founders, associates and volunteers of the Foundation makes it possible to achieve visible results in the above-mentioned sphere.
