Lotus Bildungszentrum e.V. was founded in 2003 and is based in Herne.

Our focus is on supporting people with migration or refugee experience in the areas of integration
integration, education and social participation.

Our aim is to give all people, especially immigrants, the opportunity to learn German and thus support their integration into society. We accompany them on their educational path and support them during their integration process.

Democracy, participation and equal opportunities have been fundamental goals of the Lotus Bildungszentrum's work since 2003.

Respect and acceptance, freedom of expression and gender equality are also important values that we want to convey through our work. In order to achieve our goals, we cooperate closely with the public authorities of the state and the city, the associations involved in integration work and other organizations.
