A szervezet leírása

The goals of the Association are:
• encouragement, development and improvement of sports-mountaineering recreation and mountaineering activities in order to meet the needs for preservation, maintenance and improvement of psychophysical abilities and health of members, using free time for physical exercise and sports-mountaineering activities.
• raising awareness of the need to preserve nature for the needs of future generations.
The activities of the association are
• organization of mountaineering trips, tours, hikes, meetings, landings, expeditions, camping trips and other mountaineering social activities for the membership,
• marking, guarding and maintenance of hiking trails and detours and connecting roads,
• construction, maintenance, preservation and care of mountaineering facilities,
• popularizing the natural beauty of our homeland, especially our mountains and life in them, through lectures, showing films, exhibitions, printing and other means,
• organizing educational workshops, lectures and exhibitions to promote healthy ways of life and the need to preserve nature,
• propagation and work on the preservation of the natural environment through excursions and meetings,
• cooperation with organizations for the protection of cultural and historical monuments in nature,
• cooperation with other related organizations in Croatia and abroad,
• cooperation with the media and the press and monitoring of professional literature
