Tvořivá dílna - IRIDA is a youth organization committed to empower young people through non-formal education, creativity and international collaboration. Although the organisation renewed its activity in September 2024 our team brings extensive experience in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, youth exchanges and long-term mentoring.
Our main goal is to support the personal and social development of young people by providing safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments. We focus on mental and physical well-being, digital innovation in youth work, sustainability, environmental and intercultural understandings.
We organize diverse activities such as local clubs, organizing camps, expeditions, activities like international workshops, outdoor events, mindfulness programs, and environmental and creative education. Among our initiatives is the TeenAge Club, where we engage teenagers in soft skills development, English language practice, and eco-conscious projects. We also lead community-based programs like creative (upcycling) sessions, nature hikes and expeditions, mindfulness workshops, sport lessons (swimming, skiing, dancing, yoga), camps with international participants, sharing different culture events.
Recently seeing the importance of climate change and of environmental awareness we started to cooperate with innovative, organic farms. We see common challenges for farmers as for vulnerable youth. We would like to connect them so they could help each other.
