Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency (VRDA) is a non-governmental, non-profit institution established in 2016 to support inclusive and sustainable regional development in the Vinnytsia Region of Ukraine. Founded by the Vinnytsia Regional Council and the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, VRDA serves as a strategic platform for socio-economic growth through partnership, innovation, and investment. Mission: To foster regional development by providing expert, consultative, and organisational support in strategic planning, investment attraction, entrepreneurship, international cooperation, and project management. Vision: A cohesive, modern, and competitive region where people, communities, and businesses have opportunities to grow and thrive. Target Groups: Young people from urban, rural, and marginalized communities Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and war-affected populations Local authorities, civil society organisations, and businesses Educational institutions, youth centres, and vocational schools Main Activities: Project development and management (regional, national, international levels) Strategic planning and facilitation of public policy implementation Youth development programmes, including soft skills and career training Coordination of regional development strategies and grant programs International partnerships and cross-border cooperation Organisation of public forums, study visits
