Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency (VRDA) is a non-governmental, non-profit institution established in 2016 to support inclusive and sustainable regional development in the Vinnytsia Region of Ukraine. Founded by the Vinnytsia Regional Council and the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, VRDA serves as a strategic platform for socio-economic growth through partnership, innovation, and investment. Mission: To foster regional development by providing expert, consultative, and organisational support in strategic planning, investment attraction, entrepreneurship, international cooperation, and project management. Vision: A cohesive, modern, and competitive region where people, communities, and businesses have opportunities to grow and thrive.
