Leading Hands Organisation (LHO) is a non-governmental organization established in 2019 in Tripoli, North Lebanon. The board is composed of 4 young girls and 1 boy. Since its inception, Leading Hands Organisation has embarked on enhancing youth and women's active role and helping communities and low-income families overcome poverty and unemployment through capacity building and training. LHO's mission is to make every effort to support and empower youth, and promote their growth and capabilities, by providing comprehensive programs, diverse support resources, training, and guidance to assist them in achieving economic independence, professional success, and leadership skills that enable them to enact positive changes in their communities. LHO targets principally women and youth aged 18-30 years, both genders, and all nationalities including refugees to provide them with the necessary skills to help them improve their abilities and conditions. LHO's main activities are related to empowering youth through training on Life Skills, intercultural dialogue and Civic Engagement through creative tools as theater, art and sport for developpement.
