Zarika Association was founded in 2022 by youth workers, educators, and NGO professionals committed to personal growth, solidarity, and intercultural dialogue. Our vision is a global community united by empathy and shared humanity. Our mission is to promote active citizenship and resilience, inspiring people to “be the change” in their own lives and societies. We deliver international training courses, local workshops, non-formal education projects, and digital resources that help young people and communities build social and emotional intelligence, creativity, and entrepreneurial skills. Our initiatives focus on sustainability, digital transformation, social inclusion, personal development, and embodiment. We manage the Zarika Courses online platform, making learning accessible to diverse groups, and the Zarika Podcast, which inspires young people in more than 60 countries. We also create innovative formats such as educational escape rooms, theatre and embodiment workshops, and outdoor quests. Our target groups include young people (15-35), especially from rural areas and small towns; women and non-binary people from vulnerable backgrounds; entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs; youth workers, educators, and NGO professionals; and the wider public interested in lifelong learning.
