MTÜ Ritsu Noored is a non-profit youth organisation established in 2021 and based in a rural area of Tõrva municipality, Estonia. Our aim is to support and empower young people and to actively involve them in community life, with a strong focus on inclusion and equal opportunities. We work mainly with young people aged 13–20, including those with fewer opportunities who face social, economic or mental health challenges. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where young people feel valued, develop self-confidence and gain skills for everyday life. Our main activities include workshops, camps, study visits, creative groups and community events based on non-formal learning. We actively involve young people in the planning and implementation of activities, supporting their participation and sense of responsibility. In addition to local youth work, we implement international projects such as Erasmus+ youth exchanges and DiscoverEU Inclusion projects, which help young people broaden their horizons and develop intercultural competences. Through all our activities, we aim to ensure that every young person, regardless of their background, has access to meaningful learning opportunities and feels included both locally and internationally.
