Projekto aprašas

The main areas of volunteer work are our Special Daylight Support Centers ("St. Family", "Barnimki", "Nasza Pasterzówka" and "Zdroje"), for children from dysfunctional families. The task of the volunteers will be: -to organize children's time, -to play -to help in homework If the volunteers agree they may be seconded to help in other locations as needed. It would be: - help the old, lonely and poor people - help people with disabilities - help for Homeless Shelters - help in the House of the Single Mother - help with organizing and conducting Caritas events The volunteer works mainly with children from 5 to 16 years old, who stay in our facilities after completing their school classes. Usually, the places are open from 12 to 17. The basic pillar of Caritas's activity is assistance activities. Apgyvendinimas, maitinimas ir transportas

Caritas Archidiecezji Szczecińsko- Kamieńskiej as a host organization provides accommodation for the volunteers. The apartment has two rooms, a hall, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with necessary equipment - beds, desks, wardrobes, kitchenware, bath, dishes and cutlery. From the host organization a volunteer receives: -money for a public transport, so he or she can move smoothly within the city in which he or she resides -an account at a Polish bank where host organization regular paid volunteers money for food and pocket money -the SIM card to the phone, etc.

Mokymas vykdant projektą

The volunteer will receive training in the Polish language, regular meetings with the coordinator and evaluation of the project, he will be able to participate in all trainings organized for Polish volunteers Caritas, for example, training in painting children's faces. In addition, it will undergo preliminary and intermediate training organized by the National Agency.

Kokių savanorių ieškoma?

At the recruitment stage, faith or confession of the candidate does not matter to us. We are looking for people who want to help, because it results from their internal need. The volunteers we are looking for are young people between the ages of 17 and 23. We would like to be people who have experience in working with children (eg have siblings), are open, committed and full of initiatives.
