If you have been awarded for a travel pass and your plans have changed, all you can do is withdraw your participation (see rule B.9) as you cannot transfer your travel pass to one of your friends. Furthermore, each travel pass is linked to an individual person, it cannot be changed or transferred to another person. 

If a member of your group (or the group leader) cancels her/his travel plans this decision will not affect the rest of the group. The remaining group members can still travel as planned. The person who withdrew cannot be replaced. The unused travel pass will be awarded to an applicant on the reserve list.
