Youth Policy Dialogue with Commissioner Kadis at the EU Arctic Forum

The EU Arctic Forum, Indigenous Peoples’ Dialogue, and Arctic Youth Dialogue will take place in Kittilä, Finland, on 26-27 June 2025. 

The Arctic Youth Policy Dialogue scheduled on 26 June, will allow a group of young people to exchange with Commissioner Costas Kadis on the EU’s Arctic policy, the framing topic being: Arctic Youth perceptions on the EU and its Arctic policy. 

This topic will enable Commissioner Kadis to get first hand impressions and feedback on how young people see the EU’s work in the Arctic, to get their feedback on the EU’s current efforts, as well as ideas about what could be done differently in the future. 

The Arctic Youth Policy Dialogue will be a one-on-one exchange between the Commissioner and 14 young people (including EU and non-EU young citizens, with a meaningful Indigenous representation) attending the EU Arctic Forum, Indigenous Peoples’ Dialogue and Arctic Youth Dialogue.
