Public voting is now open for the European Sustainable Energy Awards (EUSEW Awards) until 18 September.
Celebrate the 3 “Young Energy Trailblazer” category candidates by voting for your favourite:
- Carla, a 30-year-old from Portugal, is using her maths skills to advance the energy transition.
- Marie is a 30-year-old engineer establishing a blueprint for high-impact energy-efficient building renovations in France.
- Timea, 26-year-old research engineer and PhD candidate from Romania, is engaged in three EU-funded projects improving energy efficiency among SMEs.
The EUSEW Awards are designed to recognise outstanding individuals and projects for their innovation and efforts in energy efficiency and renewables. There are 3 other categories (Innovation, Local Energy Action, Woman in Energy) and the 12 finalists were chosen by a high-level jury. The winners will be announced at the EUSEW Awards ceremony that will take place on 26 September at 11.00 online and in the Charlemagne’s building of the European Commission.
