The Young European Heritage Makers competition is back! This is a unique opportunity for young Europeans aged 6-17 to get involved in their local cultural heritage while showcasing their creativity. The deadline to submit works is 31 December.

With the support of Creative Europe and the Council of Europe, young people from across Europe are invited to explore and present their local heritage under the theme "Heritage of Routes, Networks, and Connections". This time historical and modern connections that have shaped Europe, from ancient trade routes to digital networks, will be the source of inspiration.

How to Participate:

  • Organise an activity or event that explores the theme 'Heritage of Routes, Networks, and Connections'.
  • Present your findings creatively – through videos, photos, paintings, or written descriptions.
  • Submit your work by 31 December.

Encourage young people in your community to participate, and be a part of this inspiring competition!
