Winners of the Music Moves Europe Awards 2022!

The Music Moves Europe Awards 2022 Ceremony was live streamed this Thursday 20 January. If you have missed it, discover here this year’s winners!

The Music Move Europe Awards represent the sound of today and tomorrow. They put a spotlight on promising young emerging artists, support them in developing their international careers, and make you discover the vibrant music scene in Europe.

An expert jury selected 5 winners for the Music Moves Europe Awards, the EU prize for popular and contemporary music, and - for the first time - the winner of the new Grand Jury prize. This last goes to the most outstanding revelation among the 15 nominees. At the same time, fans across the world voted online for their favourite artist, the Public Choice Winner.

The prestigious Grand Jury Prize was awarded to Meskerem Mees (Belgium) and the Public Choice award was won by Ladaniva (Armenia).

Denise Chaila (Ireland), ДEVA (Hungary), Mezerg (France), Blanks (Netherlands), and Alina Pash (Ukraine) are the five winners of the Music Moves Europe Awards 2022. They were revealed on 20 January 2022 at a vibrant award ceremony at the Eurosonic Noorderslag festival (NL).

The Music Moves Europe Awards are co-funded by Creative Europe, the EU funding programme for the culture and audiovisual sectors, and are implemented by Eurosonic Noorderslag and Reeperbahn Festival with the support of partners from the music industry.
