Apply to take part in our Youth Talks to make your voice heard!
Throughout the European Year of Youth 2022, the European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency are organising Youth Talks as part of various large-scale European events. Youth Talks are inspiring speeches for young people by young people, performed in front of a live audience, streamed online, and recorded. The final video recording will be subtitled in 28 languages, and will be shared on the EU Academy platform as part of the General Online Training for the European Solidarity Corps.
We are currently looking for speakers aged 18–35 to share their unique stories in Brussels on 5 December 2022, at the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
This time we are looking for…

Before applying…
Becoming a speaker at the Youth Talks requires you to invest time and energy. Selected speakers participate in an online coaching process which lasts about 4-6 weeks. Speakers receive training, preparation, and support from a professional coach to improve their public speaking skills and find their unique storyteller voice. It is not only a talk, but also a learning experience.
If you have an inspiring story to tell and you feel like joining this learning journey, please fill out the following application form and upload a one-minute video introducing yourself and your story by 23:59 on 12 October 2022.
