Kindergarten Wilde Hummeln - working with small children

FAIRbund e.V.

Leipzig, Duitsland

Beschrijving

Wilde Hummeln is located in the area of the kindergarten Zwergenland of FAIRbund e.V. The complete ground is 7000 square meters. There are in total 76 children: 44 children aged 1-3 and 32 children aged 3-6 years. The groups are mixed in ages and children are aged 1 till getting to school. The volunteer works with children from 1 to 3 years. The kindergarten is working with an open pedagogical concept, so children are free to decide themselves to play in the garden or to build something or to dress up and play roles in the theatre room. Once every two weeks the kindergarten offers a forest day and once a week children can bake a cake for the whole kindergarten in the children kitchen, as well children can do sport and music, so they develop holistically. This kindergarten is also a language kindergarten. Children can get special assistance while learning their mother tongue. There are also a café for parents and a family centre made in cooperation with the kindergarten Zwergenland.

Regelingen voor accommodatie, eten, en vervoer
