IMPORTANT: to apply to this project you MUST use the form available at www.informa-giovani.net/esc-gaiaterra The Gaia Terra Project is an experiential educational center focused on eco-sustainable construction, environmental regeneration, and relational maturity. Its main goal is to promote sustainable lifestyles in areas such as the environment, relationships, and work/education. To support this, it has developed an ecological village for community-building experiments. Volunteers will engage in activities like managing orchards and gardens, practicing permaculture, processing natural food, recycling, creating biodegradable products, organizing events, promoting through social media, and facilitating youth exchanges.
Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports
Accommodation: Volunteer will be hosted in a shared accomodation with other volunteers. Flat is equipped with all needed (water, electricity, heating, furniture). Free wi-fi is available. Food: all meals are provided by the community and they are vegan, meals are usually eaten all together. Travel costs (outward and return): reimbursed up to the budget limit according to ESC Programme Guide.
Mācības pasākuma laikā
Participation in the On-arrival training and mid-term evaluation organised by National Agency in Italy.
Dalībnieka profils
- 18-30 years old - MOTIVATION and INTEREST in the topics of association and project: Eco-sustainability, environment, healthy life, personal development, interculturalism, art, community life (as PGT is also generating an ecological village). - DISPOSITION TO DIALOGUE among the participants, with organizations and with the host community, willingness to participate in group dynamics for team cohesion and personal growth. - We would appreciate to receive young people with initiative and who wants to increase and exploit their creativity. - FLEXIBILITY, ADAPTABILITY - TEAM WORK skills.
