The day care centre "Kindergärtnerei" is a new building which will open its doors for children and their families on 01.02.2021 under our management. The day care centre is located in the Grünau district of Leipzig in the middle of a quiet residential area and surrounded by apartment buildings, new buildings and shopping facilities. The day care centre is open for children from one year old until they start school. A total of 155 children are cared for in the day care centre (12 are integration places). In order to live up to the name of our day care centre, high beds have been laid out in many parts of the garden, where the children can grow vegetables, fruit and flowers together with the educational staff, which they can also harvest themselves during the year. The garden offers the children the opportunity to experience the seasons with all their changes throughout the year. The rich tree population offers protection from sun and rain.
Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports
We provide you with a furnished room in a small shared apartment with a shared kitchen and bathroom. You will receive your lunch at the kindergarten, for the other meals you will receive a financial allowance. You will also receive a financial amount with which you can buy a ticket for the tram in Leipzig. Optionally and if you want, we provide you with a bicycle.
Mācības pasākuma laikā
In addition to the National Agency seminars, there is an educational seminar day once a month with your tutor and other volunteers. Here, we exchange information about your work and everyday life and combine this with excursions, educational content or experiential educational activities. In addition, you will receive a language course based on your individual language level.
Dalībnieka profils
When you come to us at the daycare center, you will support the educators in their work. You help with the care and accompaniment of the children, help with the nursing tasks and over the time you take on more and more responsibility. You will be part of a team of educators and plan the day / week / kindergarten year with them. You can also take part in projects with the children and contribute your ideas. It would be fine if you bring with you at minimum a basic knoweledge of the german language.
