Opis
1) Entertainment activities with children: these activities in the summer period will be linked to the activities of the summer center which takes place in the months from June to August with a large number of children 2) Activities with the blind baseball project: in this context, in addition to supporting the specific activities of the team and organization of the matches and the championship, volunteers will be able to support the presence in events dedicated to the sport of people with disabilities, in this specific case blind and visually impaired. 4) Communication: in this specific sector of activity, volunteers will be able to contribute according to their specific skills by making short videos presenting the various activities of the Rovigo baseball and softball club, making short radio podcasts with the story of their experience and with interviews and storytelling of the various athletes and coaches, create written materials for posts and blogs also in different languages.
Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
Volunteers will be accommodated in one of the houses that the association manages for the reception of foreign coaches or in any case in a house with young Italians, in this way, in addition to having their independence, contact with people from the country and included in the local community, language learning and knowledge of the host country culture. They will preferably be accommodated in a single room, Monthly they will receive pocket money and food money.
Profil sudionika
Candidates with different backgrounds are welcome, with no discrimination against gender, religion, political or sexual orientation, past experiences or studies. Having a basic level of Italian could be appreciated. The choice of volunteers will be made based on their motivation, interest in the goal of intervention of the host organization and the willingness to play an active role in their project. In this way it is granted that there will be a positive result for the volunteer and for the beneficiaries of the project, as well as for the host organization.
