Opis
As an ESC Volunteer, you will be essential in organising and implementing various activities and events. You’ll have the opportunity to experience the inner world of a non-governmental organization, get involved in ongoing projects, and bring your ideas to life. You will volunteer closely with local communities, stakeholders, and international volunteers to create impactful experiences for young people, especially refugees in Poznan. You'll also have the chance to work on our social media and organize outdoor activities. You will work alongside the team of our youth workers, interns and volunteers. Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
You will be reimbursed for travel expenses according to the established limits. You will share a room with other volunteers. Accommodation and utilities are covered by the host organization. You will receive monthly pocket money for personal expenses and meals. Medical insurance will be provided.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
Gain valuable experience in event planning, community engagement, social media management and working with volunteers. Cultural immersion and exchange through interaction with both local and international volunteers and local community as well. Training and support provided throughout the duration of the volunteer service.
Profil sudionika
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Creativity and resourcefulness in program planning. Previous experience in social media management and content creating would be advantage. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English. Commitment to the values of solidarity, inclusion, and diversity.
