Apraksts
Target group – 4 volunteers from EU and partner countries. Center organizes various activities after lessons and social events for pupils with disabilities. The volunteers will be fully included into the team, in organizing activities and different workshops for the children and youngsters with intellectual disabilities. The main activities and fields of work for volunteers will be: assisting and working with disabled children together with teachers during lessons in this way exchanging the ideas and the methods; assisting pupil in non-formal extra activities; volunteers will have chance to organize their own events and activities. The volunteer will have a lot of freedom to initiate his/her own activities for children. This project will not only open up possibilities for the children, but also for the volunteer who will get to know a new social and cultural world. Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports
Volunteers will be living in the separate apartment in the dormitory of our center. All of volunteers will have separate rooms, shared kitchen and bathroom. We will provide towels, blankets, pillows and bed linens. Internet connection is at the center (in IT classes) and in the accommodation place (wi-fi). Pocket money: 150€/pers/month. Our organisation provides a fixed amount for food - 180 €/pers/month. The travel costs to/from the project will be recovered according the Erasmus+ distance calculator, based on the distance expressed in kilometers.
Mācības pasākuma laikā
Volunteer will attend the On-arrival and Mid-term trainings, organized by National agency. Language course: the volunteer will have possibility to learn Lithuanian language on line. Volunteers will have weekly meetings and discussions with coordinator and mentor. In the end of the project will be organized final evaluation meeting.
