Kulturhaus Brotfabrik is part of the department of community work from Caritas Vienna. It is a community, arts and culture, centre with the aim of fostering neighbourhood networks, support volunteering and tackle social exclusion through community arts. Alloggio, vitto e trasporto
You will be provided with a ticket for the public transport in Vienna. You will receive pocket money and a monthly food allowance. You will stay in a single room at a flat or student dorm, sharing facilities like kitchen and bathroom with others. IMPORTANT! Formazione durante l'attività
On-arrival training and mid-term meeting provided by the Austrian National Agency. Task-related support and training provided by the host organisation. Welcome days, Youthpass workshop, leisure time program, etc. provided by the coordinating organisation Grenzenlos. WE CURRENTLY CAN UNFORTUNATELY ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM EU RESIDENTS.
Profilo del partecipante
You should be interested in participatory art, in community work and open minded to meeting new people, engaging with strangers and building relationships with the residents and visitors of KULTURHAUS BROTFABRIK. We expect the volunteers to have good communication skills and be capable of working in a team. You will have a big variety of tasks, e.g in the field of craft workshops, decoration, graphic design, coodrination, photography, planning and organising of exhibitions and conferences etc. IMPORTANT!
